Today we did our mission, and it went quite fast. Emma was sick so we had to change our roleplay a bit, Johanna takes her place. Here's our answer from the mission today:
I went on a excursion in the nature today. I walked quite much and saw many interesting animals and plants that I've never seen before. I don't know their names but as I said before, I've never seen them anywhere else and that must be because they can't live where I've been before. I gthink they need the right conditions to be able to live.
Hello! I've been here in Northern Ireland for three days now, and it's fantastic. I've visited many places, the people are really nice here and the food is too. I went on a excursion in the narute by myself today and I saw many beautiful plants and animals I've never seen before. Now, while I'm writing this, I'm standing on a hill and looking out over the landskape. It's a marvellous sight. It's quite late so you can see the sun go down over the sky, it's orange, red and yellow. Fantastic. I hope you all have it good at home and I miss you all lots.
I took a taxi from my hotel Malmaison Hotel to the beach Ballyholme Beach today. I also rented a book called Way-Paver written by Anne Devlin.
Dunluce castle, Giants ring, Beaghmore stone circles, Ulster folk and transport museum, Ulster american folk park and Armagh county museum.
I buyed som things in glass (some plates, a jug and some more things), because i think they look very good and it is so good quality.
Ok I really wants to know the name of some plants and animals. And what about the historical sights what happened ther and what are they?? I want more information.
About your roleplay: It was to short. I know that Emma was missing today but still it was just two situations. So you really need to produce a great Power Point.
When I was out and explored the Norther Irish nature I saw some of these spieces:
Scottish Wood Ant, Great Yellow Bumblebee, it's a large brownish-yellow bumblebee, Beetles, there's many different kinds of beetles like water and land beetles. Bats, there's also many different kinds of bats, and I saw Irish Hare and Red Squirrel.
When I was out in the nature I find some nice plants. I find Fir Clubmoss, a plant who lives on cliff ledges and upland peaty moorland. I also find Dutch Rush, a plant who lives on river banks. When I was on my way home I find Moonwort and Polypod. Moonwort is a plant who grows in dry ground in pastures, sand-dunes, on rucky slopes and in heathland. The size of the plant varies from about 4 – 20 cm in height. About the Polypod, it has rather thick, tough leaves up to about 8 inches long, but often much smaller. The Polypod can grow in different places, on trees in woodland, on sand dunes, earth banks or rocks.
I visited some historical places. They were really interesting and it's a actual owerwhelmingly sight. And knowing they were made so long ago without any machines and modern things that we need today.
Beaghmore stone circles are very famous. They were discovered during peat cutting in the 1940s. The site at Beaghmore consists of 7 stone circles.
The Giants ring is a henge monument at Ballynahatty, near Shaw's Bridge, Belfast, Northern Ireland. It's a tomb and it's made around 3000 BC.
